Cosa è MODE


La modalità è un termine che ha molti usi nei componenti elettronici.

Esistono diverse modalità a seconda di come funziona il componente elettronico.

Ad esempio, ecco una descrizione delle modalità di alcuni componenti elettronici.

Modalità di un transistor di giunzione bipolare (BJT): i BJT generalmente funzionano in tre modalità: modalità attiva, modalità di saturazione e modalità di blocco.

In modalità aggressiva, viene applicata una tensione attraverso la combinazione di collezione di base e i flussi di corrente, mentre in modalità di saturazione, viene applicata una tensione quasi massima attraverso la combinazione di collezione di base, con conseguente corrente massima.

In modalità di spegnimento, si applica pochissima tensione attraverso l'accoppiamento del collettore primario, quindi non flussi di corrente.

Modalità di un transistor ad effetto di campo-semiconduttore metallico (MOSFET): i MOSFET operano in genere in tre modalità: modalità di decadimento del canale, modalità di saturazione e modalità di chiusura.

In modalità decadimento del canale, la tensione di gate viene utilizzata per attenuare la tensione del canale e, in modalità di saturazione, la tensione del gate espande sufficientemente il canale per consentire il flusso di corrente.

In modalità bloccante, la tensione del gate impedisce a qualsiasi corrente di fluire attraverso il canale.

Modalità di diodi a emissione di luce (LED): i LED normalmente funzionano in modalità aggressiva, emettendo luce quando viene applicata una tensione.

Nei componenti elettronici, la modalità è uno dei termini importanti per descrivere come funziona quel componente.
