Cosa è STEP-DOWN


Nei componenti elettronici, Step-Down indica un circuito che converte una tensione di ingresso in una tensione di uscita inferiore.

Questi circuiti sono anche chiamati convertitori di step-down o convertitori di boost.

I convertitori step-down sono anche comunemente indicati come convertitori DC-DC.

Quando la tensione di ingresso è fissata, viene utilizzato un circuito di commutazione per convertire la tensione per regolare la tensione di uscita.

Al momento, il circuito di commutazione utilizza un interruttore ad alta velocità che cambia la tensione e un circuito che controlla la frequenza di commutazione.

I convertitori step-down sono utilizzati principalmente in dispositivi mobili, caricabatterie, illuminazione a LED, ecc.

Questo gioca un ruolo enorme nel miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica e della durata della batteria.
